BREAKFAST MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Plant Works Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Splash vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon chia/flax/hemp seeds

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Grease or line muffin baking tin
  • Blend oats, eggs, coconut sugar, salt & banana
  • Pour into large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes & enjoy!
